Privacy Policy

Prototype Plaza | https://prototype-plaza.com

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Omnibus Games (“Prototype Plaza,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit or use https://prototype-plaza.com, create an account, post a game, participate in forums, or interact with publisher-oriented features.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect: (a) account information such as username, email address, password-related authentication records, role, and settings; (b) profile and game information you provide, such as designer biography, publicly listed contact email, game descriptions, rules, images, links, and videos; (c) community information including forum posts, replies, follows, publisher shortlists, and other interactions; (d) usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, page views, referral URLs, and activity or download counts; and (e) communications you send to us, including support and account-recovery requests. We do not need your actual password in readable form to authenticate an account.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the Service, create and secure accounts, display game listings, make community and publisher features function, maintain follows and notifications, respond to support requests, understand website performance, detect abuse, enforce policies, and comply with law. If you opt in to email alerts, we may use your email to send relevant activity notifications.

4. Public Information and Visibility

Content you choose to publish on game pages, public profiles, or forums may be visible to anyone, including search engines. A public contact email may be visible to visitors and could be copied by others. Features labeled private, such as a publisher’s shortlist, are intended to be visible only to authorized users, subject to the Service’s actual access controls. Avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information in public areas.

5. Cookies, Sessions, and Analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain security, and measure site usage. Browser settings may allow you to limit some cookies, but necessary site features may then stop working.

6. Login Providers and Email Delivery

If you sign in using a third-party provider such as Google, we may receive basic account details that you authorize that provider to share, such as your name, email, and provider account identifier. We do not receive your Google password. We may use an email-delivery provider, such as RESEND, for password resets, verification messages, and alerts. Third-party services apply their own privacy policies.

7. Sharing of Information

We may disclose information to hosting, database, email, authentication, security, and analytics service providers that process data for us; to other users when you deliberately publish or share content; to authorities where legally required; or to protect rights, safety, and security. If the Service is transferred to a new operator, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Public content may remain until you or an administrator remove it. Backup copies and logs may be retained for a limited period after deletion.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may be able to update your profile, change notification preferences, edit or delete game listings and posts, and request account deletion by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain uses of your personal information, and to appeal certain decisions. To exercise a right, email admin@omnibusgaming.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, such as access controls and secure connections. No website or online transmission is completely secure.

11. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact admin@omnibusgaming.com so we can review the matter.

12. International Visitors

If you access Prototype Plaza from outside the country where the Service is operated, information may be processed in that country and in other countries where providers operate. Depending on applicable law, additional disclosures and data-transfer protections may be required.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.

14. Contact Us
